Here are the steps:

·         Go to http://www.rayjus.com/orderform/

·         Pick the Style, Size and Quantity

·         Type “US Flag” in Field #1 and #3 (not required, but recommended)

·         Type “IBA Logo” in Field #9

·         Type “IBA Logo” in Field #14

·         Type “Your First & Last Name” in Field #Front Name

·         Type “Your Last Name” in Field #Back Name

·         Type “Logo Names” in any remaining Fields

o   You don’t have to fill all fields

·         Type “Illiana Bass Anglers Jersey” in the Special Instructions Field

o   Suggestion: if you are purchasing the 1/4” Zip Collar, make sure to type “www.illianabassanglers.com on collar”  in the special instructions Field

·         Enter in your personal contact information

·         Click Submit

·         Rayjus Outdoors will contact you for payment information

·         At this time, ask any questions that you may have

·      You will receive a proof via email of your jersey including logo placement within a week

·      Once you approve the proof, you should receive the jersey in 4-weeks
